According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. This platform is not to explain your sanchit karma or to study horoscope in details. I am picking up your one query that is chance of any astrologer.
2. Sagittarius ascendant and lord Jupiter is in the house of expenses, foreign lands and is lord of Mahadasha too. Ascendant has Venus, but in bandhan yog and indicating that exchange of Venus and Moon is giving clear indications that many times you will be looking for your aim but due to your own confusions and lack of utilizing your knowledge suffer.
3. Ketu and Mars are indicating your inclination related to unknown events or study like occult science etc. If you want to do it you can do, but time is to focus on your career related study first and if you are getting any chance to move out of India, then you can move on.
