1. Libra ascendant and lord Venus is placed with the house of spouse lord Mars.
2. Relationship is formed with the question, because lord of relationship is placed in ascendant, but spouse house lord is not connecting properly with this relationship. Lord of relationship is retrograde, I feel some thing is missing in this relationship…
3. I do not see chance of marriage.
