According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is in the house of Kutumb, speech with Mars and Venus. If you are aggressive while talking or giving statements, it will be better for you to use your intelligence instead of aggression.
2. Saturn is in the house of progeny and afflicted by Mars, but Jupiter lord of progeny and Gynecology related issues is blessing this house. It will be better to check with Doctor it may need some guidance. According to Dasha, it is on your choice to look for child. Sun/Jupiter is dasha cycle, this period can give progeny, but it will be better to check with doctor too.
